I’ve had my fair share of traumatic experiences and so have you. Starting from a young age, I was eating out of trash cans, living in horrible foster homes, and just trying my best to hold all the cracks in my life together. It hasn’t been easy. But now, my life’s work is researching, healing, and helping people. I’m passionate about adjusting to change when pain is presented. I developed this focused meditation program to help you recover, find relief, adjust to change, and take charge of your own life.
